PSUIC successfully organized a Personnel Development Project on “Enhancing Potential for Higher Positions (for Supporting Staff)”, aiming to strengthen the skills and competencies of administrative personnel to prepare them for higher professional roles.

The project also promoted systematic career planning, continuous self-development, and the cultivation of a lifelong learning culture within the organization — supporting professional growth and future advancement of our staff.
