✨ Today we wrapped up our special lecture on “Recharging the Mind: Building Sustainable Happiness in the Workplace.”

We were honored to welcome Miss Onnicha Laosuwan, a PSUIC alumni – Gen # 5, as our guest speaker. With her firsthand experience in depression recovery, caring for terminal cancer patients with complex conditions such as bipolar disorder, and her training in psychological counseling, she now also serves as a trusted advisor for students at PSUIC’s “จุดพักใจ” unit. 🌿💙

In this session, she introduced the DISC framework, which categorizes personalities into colors. Each color represents different strengths and weaknesses—none is better than the other. Instead, they complement (and sometimes challenge) one another. By understanding ourselves and others, we can improve communication and create a happier, healthier work environment. 🌈🤝
